Deliver customer-facing advisory and technical services for Nexthink. Lead consultative sessions, translate business challenges into solution designs, configure Nexthink dashboards, alerts, campaigns, investigations, and automation workflows, and support scripting and API integrations. Analyze endpoint and operational data, troubleshoot issues, guide solution adoption, document engagements, and maintain trusted advisor relationships. The role requires strong consulting, technical, analytical, communication, and enterprise IT operations skills, with 10% travel to headquarters for training.

Design, build, and operate Nexthink's cloud data infrastructure across AWS regions. Automate provisioning and self-service (Crossplane), run and onboard data stores, ensure resiliency, DR and observability (Datadog), collaborate with product teams, handle incidents and on-call duties to meet RPO/RTO and availability SLAs.

Lead platform product strategy and roadmap to build scalable, AI-enabled foundational capabilities. Define technical abstractions, drive cross-team integration, simplify adoption via AI/automation, and translate architecture initiatives into measurable product outcomes.

Design, own, and optimize Nexthink's end-to-end ramp and onboarding for all GTM roles. Build structured curricula, define time-to-productivity metrics, close learning-to-field gaps, and coordinate cross-functionally with Sales, CS, Product Marketing, and RevOps to ensure new hires reach and retain competency faster.

Manage and execute contract renewal processes with partners and clients to retain and grow subscription revenue. Negotiate renewal terms, process quotes/orders, maintain documentation, analyze usage data to identify churn risk and upsell opportunities, forecast renewal metrics, and collaborate with sales, marketing, and support to drive customer retention and satisfaction.

Lead and grow the French enterprise sales organization (6-8 reps). Own quota attainment for new ACV and renewals, recruit and onboard talent, coach for performance, collaborate with internal teams and partners, and represent Nexthink across Southern Europe to drive growth and operational excellence.

Own GTM enablement content across sales methodology, product enablement, and AI playbooks. Establish content governance, manage Seismic as system of record, design instructional experiences for onboarding and reinforcement, partner with Product and Product Marketing for launch readiness, and audit/remediate content to drive retention and behavior change.
