Own success plans, value tracking, executive business reviews, renewals and expansion. Serve as trusted advisor to CIO-level stakeholders, run DEX workshops, escalate risks, collaborate with Sales/Product/Support, and keep CRM updated to ensure retention and growth.

Design, build, and scale cloud-native distributed backend systems and real-time low-latency APIs for large-scale data ingestion. Deliver end-to-end features, ensure resiliency, reliability, observability, and work with product, infra, and frontend teams to operate high-throughput services in AWS with containerization and orchestration.

Advise Japanese enterprise clients on Nexthink's Digital Employee Experience platform, qualify leads, run proof-of-value engagements, lead discovery workshops, support large complex deals, collaborate with partners, and adapt Nexthink's value propositions to the Japanese market and business culture.

Design, build, and deploy scalable LLM-powered AI products focused on agentic systems. Lead AI development, define evaluation metrics, implement MLOps pipelines and monitoring, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and mentor junior engineers to maintain production-quality models and evaluations.

Design, build, and operate internal developer platforms and self-service tools to improve engineering productivity. Own CI/CD pipelines, integrate cloud and container platforms, maintain development tools, troubleshoot deployments, and drive adoption via documentation and training.

Develop and maintain backend services and APIs for Nexthink's visual query tools (Visual Editor, Rich Data Table, NQLEditor). Design, implement, test, and deliver product features; improve architecture and development practices; handle L3 support; contribute to roadmap and agile ceremonies.

Design, build and maintain high-throughput backend data pipelines handling millions of messages per second. Implement microservices and APIs (REST/GraphQL), process streaming data with Kafka and Spark, use SQL/NoSQL (eg ClickHouse), deploy on Kubernetes (helm, Docker), ensure observability and test automation, perform refactoring, and collaborate across the team to improve the digital employee experience platform.

Drive pipeline growth through outbound prospecting (phone, email, social, video), qualify inbound leads, target C-level/VP/Director accounts, create qualified opportunities with sales, and support campaign/event follow-up to articulate Nexthink's digital employee experience value to technical and non-technical buyers.
