Serve as single technical SPOC for MSP customers, managing delivery of Nexthink managed services (Accelerate). Coordinate PSCs and cross-functional teams, plan and track Customer Success Plans, analyze Nexthink data to deliver insights and automation, run governance and business review meetings, ensure SLOs and service quality, and drive adoption, upsell and continuous value delivery.

Lead multiple engineering teams to deliver cloud-native, full-stack, microservices-based products. Hire, coach, and grow engineers; define technical roadmap, manage technical debt, security and quality; collaborate with Product and UX; drive agile practices and cross-team alignment; contribute technically when needed and own problems end-to-end.

Responsible for generating new business revenue through territory and account planning, partner engagement, consultative selling, prospect qualification, and sales process management. Design, build, and maintain Clay workflows and automations; orchestrate and enrich GTM data; integrate and sync with Salesforce; automate prospecting and prioritization; partner with Sales, Marketing, and RevOps; monitor performance and train stakeholders.

Own and grow a portfolio of strategic enterprise accounts as the executive face of Nexthink: build CxO relationships, drive renewals and license expansion, define outcomes-driven roadmaps, coordinate global internal teams, and deliver financial targets for licenses, renewals, and professional services.

Build and maintain a high-throughput backend data pipeline processing millions of messages per second and terabytes of data. Design and implement microservices, REST and GraphQL APIs, Kafka and Spark-based data processing, and work with SQL/NoSQL stores. Ensure observability, Kubernetes-based deployment, test automation, and continuous improvement through refactoring and collaboration with a small engineering team.

Design, build, and maintain UI platform features using TypeScript and React. Implement RESTful APIs, integrate with microservices, ensure performance, security, and compliance. Write tests, enhance CI/CD pipelines, participate in architecture discussions, mentor juniors, and contribute to cloud-native, scalable solutions.
