German and English fluency are required, with travel of up to 50%.

Processes vendor invoices, maintains vendor records, tracks purchase orders, manages payment runs, and reviews employee expense reports. Reconciles accounts payable and general ledgers, supports financial closes, monitors payment delays, and contributes to AP process improvements. Designs, implements, tests, delivers, and maintains features using Java and modern web technologies; collaborates with Product and engineering stakeholders; supports L3 issues; promotes agile practices, sound technical decisions, refactoring, automation, and continuous improvement.

Support the Global Incentives team with sales commission calculations, reconciliations, controls, reporting, and data-quality checks. Investigate discrepancies and trends, respond to participant questions, assist with Salesforce and Salesforce Spiff processes, and contribute to user guides, training materials, audits, process improvements, and special projects. The role provides exposure to sales compensation, finance, business systems, and international SaaS operations.
