Owns end-to-end client implementations for Movable Ink’s personalization platforms. Manages launch projects, develops implementation plans, configures and QA-tests campaigns, designs technical solutions, trains clients, troubleshoots issues, and coordinates with developers, engineers, architects, product teams, and stakeholders to achieve client goals and KPIs.

Own new-client implementations for Movable Ink’s personalization platforms, serving as the project manager and product expert. Responsibilities include developing project plans, coordinating clients and internal teams, designing technical solutions, configuring and QAing campaigns, delivering platform training, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring launches achieve client goals and KPIs. The role requires expertise in mobile messaging, digital marketing, web technologies, data infrastructure, and client or project management.

Own the product backlog and roadmap for Movable Ink’s event data pipeline, including ingestion, normalization, and governed data infrastructure. Partner with data engineering to drive sprint execution, define requirements, manage cross-team dependencies, and represent customer and commercial needs. Establish post-launch reliability and quality benchmarks while contributing to broader data and integrations strategy and advising on data platform architecture.

Supports client experience managers and named accounts by gathering campaign requirements, preparing reports and presentations, managing meetings, troubleshooting and QAing campaign setups, maintaining Salesforce contacts, documenting projects, and creating Photoshop email mockups. The role develops expertise in the Movable Ink platform and email ecosystem, with the opportunity to manage a client book of business independently in the future.

Supports Client Experience Managers and client accounts by gathering campaign requirements, preparing reports and presentations, creating Photoshop mockups, coordinating meetings, managing Salesforce contacts, documenting projects, troubleshooting client queries, and QAing campaign setups. The role requires strong communication, organization, adaptability, teamwork, self-motivation, and willingness to learn HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and Photoshop.

Leads product strategy and a team of senior product managers across data ingestion, normalization, workflows, orchestration, governance, and third-party integrations. Partners closely with Engineering on architecture, APIs, and platform roadmaps; manages vendor relationships and integration launches; collaborates with Partnerships, Sales, and Customer Experience; and advocates for customer needs while connecting data investments to AI, personalization, analytics, and reporting.

Own and maintain global web properties, building and optimizing Webflow pages, CMS content, animations, integrations, and responsive experiences. Manage WordPress troubleshooting, Marketo forms, marketing scripts, tracking tags, and campaign landing pages. Translate Figma or Adobe designs into web experiences using HTML, CSS, and JavaScript. Collaborate with SEO and content teams on technical SEO, site structure, analytics, and emerging AI visibility practices.

Own technical product positioning and differentiation for a B2B SaaS platform. Translate architecture, APIs, integrations, and data flows into messaging for technical and executive audiences. Create architecture diagrams, integration guides, sales assets, enablement materials, RFP responses, and thought leadership. Partner with Product, Engineering, Sales, and Solutions teams on product launches, enterprise opportunities, technical evaluations, and integration narratives.

Lead a team of senior product managers owning data ingestion, normalization, event processing, workflows, third-party integrations, and data governance. Define unified roadmap, partner closely with engineering, manage vendor relationships, launch integrations, and represent platform needs to Sales, Partnerships, and Customer Experience while prioritizing customer outcomes.
