Lead credit analysis and ratings coverage for Canadian real estate issuers. Perform financial statement analysis, forecasts, legal document review, prepare rating committee materials, produce reports and commentary, refine methodologies, mentor junior analysts, build stakeholder relationships, and represent the firm at industry events while adhering to regulatory and compliance requirements.

Design and develop rules-based benchmark and strategic-beta indexes across asset classes; lead the full index development lifecycle (ideation, data analysis, back-testing, operationalization, launch); build portfolio construction and analytics tools using statistical and ML techniques; collaborate with research and product teams; and support client-facing materials, white papers, roadshows, and seminars.

Collect, validate, and manage fund and portfolio data from vendors; resolve data issues with product and technical teams; maintain vendor relationships; improve data collection and QA using LSS tools; support database integration and related projects; meet KPIs and SMART goals while working shifts in a hybrid environment.
