Administer, configure, develop, test, and support Xactly sales compensation systems and incentive plans. Gather requirements, write rules, analyze results, troubleshoot issues, coordinate integrations with data warehouse and ETL teams, and support implementations. Partner with Sales Operations and Finance on testing, communications, training, reporting, and process improvements. The role also documents configurations, leads project efforts, and provides business insights through analysis.

Leads strategic business cases, customer advocacy, executive alignment, investment sequencing, and cross-functional execution. Mentors senior product managers, establishes research standards, and represents MongoDB externally. Requires deep expertise in databases, distributed systems, cloud infrastructure, and substantial product leadership experience.

Build, test, and maintain MongoDB integrations for AI frameworks including LangChain, LangGraph, LlamaIndex, n8n, and Mastra. Own scoped projects from design through release, contribute upstream to open-source repositories, improve CI/CD and compatibility testing, monitor integrations for breaking changes, and collaborate with product, design, and adjacent engineering teams. Develop expertise in AI builder ecosystems, agentic workflows, retrieval, embeddings, and vector search while documenting work and supporting teammates.

Own and execute France-focused account-based and field marketing programs for strategic enterprise accounts. Partner with sales, customer success, solution architecture, partners, and global marketing teams to develop integrated campaigns, executive engagement, events, advocacy, and digital programs that generate pipeline and expand customer relationships. Manage budgets, timelines, stakeholders, performance reporting, and optimization while representing French market insights in regional planning.

Develops technical training courses for MongoDB University, including presentations, hands-on exercises, videos, code demonstrations, visualizations, skill checks, and certification questions. Collaborates with curriculum designers, engineers, subject-matter experts, product teams, and marketing. Requires database expertise, programming proficiency, Linux and cloud knowledge, AI tooling experience, and the ability to teach complex technical concepts to broad audiences.

Provides advanced technical support to MongoDB customers by troubleshooting architecture, performance, recovery, security, networking, databases, and distributed systems. Advises customers on best practices for operating MongoDB at scale, partners with product and development teams on customer needs, and contributes to support-tool software development for diagnostics, benchmarking, and performance analysis.

Leads and manages an 8–10-person storage engineering team responsible for MongoDB’s transactional read/write path, durability, availability, performance, indexing, and storage architecture. Owns the roadmap, customer escalations, cross-team initiatives, engineering quality, hiring, coaching, and execution. Partners with Replication, Query, Sharding, Atlas, and other teams on distributed systems and workload-management improvements.

Lead and manage MongoDB’s Storage Execution team, owning the roadmap for durability, availability, performance, transactions, storage architecture, index operations, and developer productivity. Partner with adjacent engineering and cloud teams, manage customer escalations, drive cross-team initiatives, improve engineering processes, and develop engineers through hiring, coaching, and performance management.

Design, develop, integrate, and support Salesforce-based marketing technology and business systems. Own lead lifecycle, campaign operations, account and territory management, partner portals, Outreach workflows, data quality, APIs, and inbound/outbound integrations. Translate requirements into scalable solutions, perform testing and deployment, maintain documentation and monitoring, improve platform governance, and collaborate with Marketing Operations, Sales, Revenue Operations, Data, and Engineering teams.
