Drive growth within existing MongoDB accounts by prospecting CTOs and engineering leaders, landing new workloads, managing full sales cycles, executing territory plans, building pipeline in Salesforce/Clari, and collaborating with partners and cloud providers to meet revenue targets.

Serve as a technical pre-sales advisor for MongoDB, designing scalable architectures, guiding customers through migrations and deployments, supporting sales with demos/proofs, driving demand generation, and mentoring peers while articulating product value to stakeholders.

Manage a portfolio of mature MongoDB customers to drive retention, renewals, and expansion. Act as primary contact, deliver enablement and business reviews, identify upsell opportunities using data signals, negotiate renewals, mitigate risk, and coordinate cross-functional teams to achieve customer outcomes and growth.
