Leads end-to-end enterprise data migration engagements from relational and NoSQL platforms to MongoDB. Designs CDC and streaming pipelines, manages migration planning, validation, and production cutovers, advises customer technical and executive stakeholders, supports presales, and develops AI-assisted migration tooling, playbooks, and reference architectures.

Manage enterprise-scale MongoDB consulting projects from planning through delivery, ensuring scope, budgets, timelines, quality, customer experience, and risk management. Lead governance with internal and customer stakeholders, manage change controls and expectations, support presales scoping, facilitate project meetings, forecast resources and revenue, and improve delivery methodologies. The role also oversees project margin, utilization, and billability across the portfolio.

Advise major customers and resolve complex MongoDB issues involving architecture, performance, recovery, security, networking, infrastructure, and scalability. Provide best-practice guidance for large-scale database deployments, advocate for customer needs with product and engineering teams, handle technical escalations, and contribute to support-tool development for diagnostics, benchmarking, and performance analysis.

Drive expansion within MongoDB’s existing enterprise customer base by prospecting for new workloads, engaging technical and executive stakeholders, managing the full sales cycle, and achieving revenue targets. Build strategic territory plans and Salesforce/Clari pipelines, collaborate with partners and cloud providers, and communicate the business value of complex enterprise technology.

Manage strategic G2000 customer accounts as a technical and business advisor. Drive retention, consumption growth, revenue realization, executive advocacy, and long-term success through customer business reviews, roadmap alignment, forecasting, and risk mitigation. Build relationships with C-suite and technical leaders, coordinate global resources, influence product strategy, and lead complex migrations and modernization initiatives.

Lead the architecture and technical direction of MongoDB’s next-generation Search and Vector Search infrastructure. Own cross-system data infrastructure, define technical roadmaps, evolve mongot and Mongo Management Service, drive complex multi-team initiatives, make distributed-systems decisions around consistency, durability, scale, and failure modes, and mentor engineers while influencing leadership and global engineering practices.

Design scalable MongoDB-based applications and infrastructure, advise customers on architecture and optimization, deliver technical discovery, demos, proofs of value, presentations, sizing, and documentation, and partner with sales teams throughout the deal cycle. Generate demand through technical initiatives and events, build customer relationships, mentor colleagues, and provide product feedback.
