Supervise a high-volume health and benefits support team serving HSA, FSA, HRA, COBRA, and commuter account holders. Lead technical design, code reviews, testing-first practices, CI/CD pipelines, containerized deployments, and ensure non-functional requirements (security, performance, scalability, maintainability).
