Support regional B2B sales by generating net-new opportunities, conducting outreach and discovery, delivering demos and presentations, managing CRM pipeline hygiene, and coordinating with Account Executives and cross-functional teams. Own the architecture and technical direction of Metropolis Recognition Platform, spanning edge ingestion, identity resolution, real-time decisioning, notifications, and operator tools. Design scalable streaming pipelines, rules systems, privacy and consent models, observability, testing, and progressive delivery. Lead RFCs, cross-functional alignment, architectural reviews, mentorship, and production quality across application, computer vision, data, security, platform, and partner teams.

Own the architecture and technical direction of a high-volume recognition platform spanning edge ingestion, identity resolution, real-time decisioning, notifications, and operator tools. Lead streaming pipeline design, privacy and consent models, observability, reliability, testing, progressive delivery, RFCs, cross-functional alignment, and mentorship. Build systems that combine deterministic rules with probabilistic computer vision signals under physical-world deployment constraints.

Leads a customer experience software engineering team, executing product vision, improving reliability and experimentation processes, coaching engineers, hiring talent, fostering engineering culture, and delivering large-scale workflow, dashboard, and data visualization applications. Partners with Product Management, Data Science, and User Research to build customer-facing mobility products for B2C and B2B users.

Manages compensation programs for Operations and Growth, including hourly pay structures, location-based wage grids, minimum wage compliance, sales incentive plans, quota and payout audits, pay equity analyses, and executive reporting. Partners with HR, Talent Acquisition, RevOps, Finance, and operations leaders; maintains compensation data in Workday and related systems; administers plan rollouts and policy governance; and provides backup equity administration support.

Manages compensation programs for Operations and Growth, including hourly wage structures, location-based pay grids, minimum wage compliance, sales incentive plans, quota and payout audits, pay equity analyses, executive reporting, and Workday compensation data. Partners with HR, Sales, Finance, and RevOps, supports plan governance and education, and provides backup for equity administration.

Manages compensation programs for Operations and Growth, including hourly wage structures, location-based pay grids, minimum wage compliance, sales incentive plans, quota auditing, pay equity analysis, and executive reporting. Partners with HR, Talent Acquisition, RevOps, Finance, and operations leaders; configures compensation data in Workday and related systems; supports sales plan governance and equity administration during peak cycles.

Lead go-to-market and joint co-marketing campaigns with high-value national partners. Define audience segmentation, build localized multi-channel campaigns (including Google Ads, Meta, geofencing), run site-level SEM and performance reporting, manage partner relationships, coordinate Creative/Lifecycle/Events/Performance teams, and use research and AI tools to drive location-level adoption, engagement, and revenue.
