Improve developer productivity, reliability, scalability, security, and deployment processes. Diagnose complex platform issues, establish monitoring and telemetry, mentor senior engineers, influence cross-functional architecture decisions, and evaluate emerging technologies including responsible AI tools.

Design, build, and operate Klaviyo’s large-scale asynchronous processing and queueing platforms. Develop resilient, low-latency, multi-tenant systems using Python, Go, AWS, Kubernetes, Apache Pulsar, Kafka, and SQS. Own system reliability, observability, scalability, incident response, and SLOs. Participate in on-call rotations, post-incident reviews, technical design, and mentoring while collaborating with product, platform, and security engineering teams.

Leads recruiting for high-impact R&D and principal-level roles, owning hiring strategy, workforce planning, executive searches, stakeholder advising, recruiting analytics, and candidate messaging. Partners with HR, talent branding, and business leaders to manage hiring risk and market insights. Mentors recruiters, improves search quality, and uses AI tools to enhance sourcing, screening, market mapping, pipeline management, and candidate experience.

Lead HR strategy for R&D as primary HRBP to VP+ leaders (CPO, CTO, CIO). Drive org design, succession, hiring strategy, leadership development, and AI-driven transformation. Build and coach an HRBP team, use people analytics to inform decisions, and partner across People functions to scale processes and measure impact.

Provide high-impact executive support to the CMO by managing calendar and priorities, preparing briefing materials, coordinating meetings and events, tracking action items, triaging inbound requests, and proactively solving scheduling and logistical challenges while building trusted relationships across the organization.
