Motive is seeking a French Speaking Sales Development Representative to support the sales team in engaging potential customers across various industries. Responsibilities include outreach and communication with leads to drive sales opportunities.

Designs and delivers onboarding and training for entry- to mid-level sales staff, coaches new hires on sales process and strategy, creates eLearning and multimedia enablement content, schedules sessions, and manages facilitator requests while improving onboarding curriculum and initiatives.

Serve as primary billing contact: process invoices, resolve billing discrepancies, manage chargebacks and terminations, support enterprise billing, run audits and reconciliations, maintain SOX documentation, collaborate cross-functionally, and provide reporting.

Perform onsite installations, troubleshooting, QA, and support for Motive hardware and software. Train and certify partners, build installation content and hardware lab, participate in product tests, and provide product feedback to engineering teams.

Owned full sales cycle for mid-market fleet customers (50-174 trucks) across US and Canada: prospecting, cold outreach, discovery, demos/trials, negotiation, and closing. Hit monthly revenue quotas, maintain accurate forecasting, and collaborate with SDRs, Sales Engineers, and Customer Success to drive new business.

Sell Motive's fleet management platform to large enterprise prospects across industries. Prospect, develop executive relationships, win RFPs, coordinate technical resources, meet revenue quotas, and use customer analytics to drive expansion and integrations.

Manage day-to-day sales commission administration (payouts, adjustments, exceptions) in Xactly/ICM, resolve participant inquiries, validate data and impacts, run UAT, ensure plan acceptance and compliance, maintain hierarchy/setup/payouts, and drive process improvements with cross-functional partners and auditors.

Lead end-to-end COGS and gross margin analysis for hardware and software products, model cost-saving scenarios, answer ambiguous executive questions, partner with data engineering/finance/product, build reliable datasets and analytical frameworks, and present recommendations to C-suite stakeholders.
