Lead cross-functional development teams and partner with senior stakeholders to define and deliver end-to-end software solutions. Own architecture and full SDLC, design and support mission-critical systems, set architecture standards and best practices, mentor engineers, and integrate cloud, containerization, CI/CD, database, and AI/ML technologies into scalable applications.

As a Business Analyst at Inspire11, you will collaborate with clients to define their business needs, document requirements for digital solutions, and ensure project execution aligns with business goals.

Design and deploy scalable ML infrastructure, implement CI/CD for models, monitor production models, build generative AI solutions, ensure security/compliance, preprocess/analyze data, develop and fine-tune models (TensorFlow/PyTorch), and communicate results to stakeholders. Onsite presence may be required.

Design, develop, implement and support complex backend systems and APIs using .NET. Build unit tests, work with microservices, REST and GraphQL, deploy on cloud (AWS), and contribute to enhancing existing applications in an Agile environment.
