Lead end-to-end technical delivery for custom software, data, analytics, and digital transformation programs. Drive product ideation, scoping, solution design, estimation, and cloud-based architecture. Manage teams, budgets, risks, client relationships, and performance metrics while leveraging automation and Agile practices to deliver business value.

Design and lead cloud-native data architectures and end-to-end ELT/ETL pipelines across major cloud platforms. As a Business Analyst at Inspire11, you will collaborate with clients to define their business needs, document requirements for digital solutions, and ensure project execution aligns with business goals.

Design and deploy scalable ML infrastructure, implement CI/CD for models, monitor production models, build generative AI solutions, ensure security/compliance, preprocess/analyze data, develop and fine-tune models (TensorFlow/PyTorch), and communicate results to stakeholders. Onsite presence may be required.

Lead end-to-end delivery of custom AI/ML engagements: scope, estimate, and manage projects from discovery through production. Translate business problems into feasible AI approaches, manage client relationships and expectations, support pre-sales, coach delivery teams, and drive AI readiness and adoption.

Build full-stack, client-focused solutions using React and modern JavaScript or backend languages (Java/Scala/Kotlin/C#/Node.js/Python). Design APIs, work with relational and NoSQL databases, use cloud (AWS), containers, and CI/CD. Write tests, troubleshoot issues, contribute across the application lifecycle, mentor engineers, and support continuous improvement and AI/ML integration.
