Conduct warm-lead consultative sales conversations, set at least four appointments daily, and close 22 or more net sales monthly. Guide customers through their 45-day hearing-aid trial, build trust, communicate clearly, and deliver a positive customer experience. Maintain reliable home-office technology, use Salesforce and other CRM tools, and work rotating weekend shifts within 8-hour schedules.
