The Surrogates and Influencers Director will lead strategies and partnerships with influencers to enhance GiveDirectly's visibility and fundraising efforts by managing campaigns and relationships in the creator economy.

Lead and scale the engineering organization for GiveDirectly's cash delivery platform. Own technical strategy, team structure, hiring, operational excellence (on-call, incidents, testing, deployments), and representation of engineering at senior leadership. Start hands-on managing engineers and partner on roadmap and delivery to scale the platform to billions in transfers.

Lead and scale a global talent acquisition function focused on recruiting across Sub‑Saharan Africa and other markets. Build proactive sourcing, workforce planning, ATS and data systems, hiring manager enablement, structured interviewing, and a metrics-driven recruiting operation while managing and developing a team of managers and recruiters.
