Build and maintain backend systems, payment integrations, data pipelines, and user experiences for Flex’s partner engineering platform. Lead product design for Flex’s B2B Property Hub, serving property managers and on-site teams. Shape product vision and strategy, align multiple teams, lead critical design explorations, and create prototypes and standards. Design complex financial workflows, including reconciliation, errors, pending states, and recovery. Conduct user research, apply quantitative insights, structure experiments, evolve the Ultraviolet design system, mentor designers, and establish AI-supported design practices.

The Director of Product will lead the payments platform strategy, oversee transaction processing and fraud management, drive cost efficiencies, and manage a product team while aligning with engineering and risk stakeholders.
