Manage a small team, oversee UX/UI, roadmaps, user research, prototyping, and analytics-driven optimization. Ensure responsible, secure adoption and governance of AI components, model/privacy controls, and cross-functional stakeholder alignment.

Support data analysis for community development research: collect, clean, and manage datasets; conduct statistical and geospatial analyses; develop quantitative models and visualizations; contribute to interactive dashboards and literature reviews to inform financial inclusion work.

Configure, maintain, test, analyze and troubleshoot business application systems for Federal Reserve payment services. Manage customer setups, account/settlement relationships, investigate complex production issues (including cyber incidents), coordinate stakeholders, lead projects and testing, provide training and documentation, and meet SLAs for Fedwire, FedNow and related systems.
