Support the President of VIP by managing a complex calendar, executive travel, inbox, meeting preparation, communications, gifting, confidential information, and priority follow-through. The role requires proactive problem-solving, exceptional discretion, strong organization, flexibility across time zones, and occasional personal support. This is an in-person New York City role with availability outside traditional business hours and occasional business travel.

Collaborate with product, design, and platform teams, participate in code reviews, and use AI coding tools to deliver secure, reliable, high-quality production software.

Own analytical foundations for Customer Operations across Support, Fraud, Payments, and Workforce Management. Build SQL pipelines, dashboards, automated reporting, data-quality solutions, metric alerts, and AI performance tracking. Translate complex analysis into actionable recommendations, present findings to senior leaders, manage cross-functional projects, and support AI and automation initiatives.

Own end-to-end development of scalable full-stack experiences for a real-money prediction and trading platform. Design and implement React, Next.js, TypeScript, and backend services; build experimentation, observability, and deployment capabilities; conduct code reviews; collaborate cross-functionally; and establish effective AI-assisted development standards while helping shape an early-stage product.

Lead secure architecture strategy across application, cloud, identity, edge, and AI security domains. Conduct threat modeling for complex services and LLM systems, define AI security practices, build security tooling, harden CI/CD and infrastructure-as-code environments, and manage AWS and WAF security controls. Serve as a technical escalation lead for security incidents, influence enterprise security strategy, represent security in executive architecture discussions, mentor senior engineers, and participate in 24/7 on-call support.

Build and deploy scalable, secure, high-performance software within an event-driven architecture. Develop modular, testable code; improve reliability, scalability, metrics, and documentation; support the full product lifecycle and on-call operations. Collaborate with Product, Quant, and Engineering teams, participate in design and code reviews, translate business needs into technical solutions, and contribute to mentoring and product strategy. Occasional travel for special events and offsite meetings is required.

Lead strategy, vision, and execution for a critical sportsbook product area while managing multiple Product Managers. Build a high-performing product organization through coaching, talent development, and succession planning. Partner with Engineering, Design, Data, Trading, Commercial, Marketing, CRM, and Operations to deliver scalable, reliable, commercially impactful customer experiences. Drive experimentation, analytics, executive communication, prioritization, and cross-functional alignment across complex, high-traffic transactional systems.

Lead end-to-end development of high-performance, fault-tolerant backend services for a CFTC-regulated exchange. Responsibilities include modernizing Java systems, building order processing and market data services, managing trading data and reporting pipelines, ensuring observability and regulatory auditability, participating in 24/7 on-call, and applying AI coding tools while maintaining security, correctness, and reliability.
