Staff Product Engineer responsible for executing complex features across multiple teams and technology stacks, optimizing scalable web applications, partnering with product, design, marketing, and data, and mentoring engineers. The role requires strong product judgment, end-to-end ownership of product improvements, technical leadership, and proficiency in Java, Kotlin, or JavaScript, with familiarity across modern web technologies and AI coding tools.

Build Faire’s employer value proposition and cohesive talent brand strategy across digital channels. Develop AEO/GEO initiatives, employee storytelling systems, recruiter enablement materials, AI-powered content tools, and talent brand guidelines. Measure candidate sentiment, conversion, and hiring outcomes while partnering with Recruiting, Marketing, Communications, and People teams.

Build Faire’s enterprise detection and response capability from the ground up. Develop telemetry pipelines, detection content, alert routing, enrichment, playbooks, and automated triage and response. Track adversary behavior, conduct threat hunting and tabletop exercises, and maintain detection-as-code pipelines. Collaborate with IAM, network, infrastructure, and enterprise security teams to improve controls and resolve root causes.

Manage the lifecycle, security, and user experience of Faire’s global macOS, Windows, Chrome OS, iOS, and Android endpoint fleet. Build automations, manage patching and OS upgrades, package applications, deploy device trust and EDR practices, and support endpoint security. Collaborate with IT and partner teams, provide escalation support and mentorship, document procedures, and govern AI tools and agents across managed devices.

Serve as the primary HR Business Partner for Faire’s UK organization, advising senior leaders on talent, performance, employee relations, organizational design, workforce strategy, culture, and change. Lead UK HR operations and compliance while using people insights to guide decisions. Drive global strategic HR initiatives, cross-functional projects, manager enablement, process improvements, and adoption of AI and People-tech tools.

Lead the vision, strategy, and execution of applied AI/ML initiatives for Faire’s two-sided marketplace. Build recommendation, retrieval, ranking, personalization, LTV, causal inference, and LLM-driven content models. Develop systems for marketplace quality, trust, policy enforcement, and user engagement. Lead cross-functional workstreams, mentor or manage scientists and analytics engineers, and improve growth, acquisition, incentives, and discovery experiences.

Own and grow a portfolio of upmarket brands across Spain by prospecting, managing complex sales cycles, and driving incremental GMV. Build high-quality pipelines using data, category insights, AI tools, and market knowledge. Lead executive and operational stakeholder conversations, support brand onboarding, resolve market-specific objections, represent Faire at events, host webinars, and collaborate with marketing on messaging and lead generation.

Build and maintain reusable frontend components and design-system infrastructure across Faire’s web surfaces. Champion accessibility, performance, testing, and quality standards; collaborate with Product Design and engineering teams; guide frontend architecture; use AI-assisted tooling; lead technical projects; mentor engineers; and participate in design and code reviews.

Design, build, and operate AI agents, automations, and integrations for Faire's GTM stack. Own and extend Salesforce and GTM systems, partner with data teams to surface signals, ensure governance, monitoring, and guardrails, and drive adoption and operational reliability for revenue-facing workflows.

Lead product strategy for Faire's data, ML, and AI platforms: run discovery with engineers and scientists, prioritize investments across training, deployment, observability, and data quality, define SLAs and data contracts, improve metadata/lineage/discovery, and drive safe AI adoption and platform productization to increase adoption and measurable user outcomes.
