Designs, develops, tests, deploys, and optimizes customized Salesforce solutions using Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components, declarative Flows, and integrations. Act as product owner for roadmap and feature tradeoffs, guide architecture/design decisions, collaborate with stakeholders, and lead on-call incident response and scalability efforts.

Lead technical sales strategy across full lifecycle: discovery, demos, POCs, solution architecture, BOM scoping, and executive presentations. Mentor SEs, collaborate with product and engineering to influence roadmap, provide post-sales support and training, and accurately track opportunities in SFDC to drive revenue and customer value.

Lead technical pre-sales strategy and advanced product demonstrations for enterprise cybersecurity and cloud customers. Mentor SEs, design solution architectures, shape POCs and product feedback, drive process improvements, and support executive-level customer engagements to close strategic deals.

Lead architecture and implementation of high-performance software to deploy and operate AI/ML models for network threat detection. Build autonomous AI agent workflows, production ML pipelines, and services; drive cross-team engineering standards, mentor engineers, and represent technical direction to leadership.

Build and optimize high-performance core framework services for network detection and monitoring. Design and implement protocol support, diagnose and resolve production/performance issues, participate in architecture and modernization efforts, collaborate cross-functionally, maintain high code quality, and participate in on-call rotations to improve observability and reliability.
