Leads Ensono’s North America base sales organization, owning regional growth strategy, executive client relationships, renewals, expansions, forecasting, pipeline management, complex negotiations, and revenue retention. Develops sales leaders and scalable operating models while partnering with delivery, operations, and solutions teams to improve client outcomes and lifetime value across managed services and hybrid IT accounts.

Serves as the senior technical SME for enterprise Windows infrastructure across on-premises, VMware, and Azure environments. Responsibilities include L3/L4 support, Active Directory administration, server lifecycle management, virtualization, automation, monitoring, patching, security hardening, backup and disaster recovery, incident escalation, root cause analysis, documentation, customer engagement, and mentoring junior engineers in a managed services environment.

Leads reliability, automation, observability, and performance engineering for mission-critical z/OS environments. Designs infrastructure-as-code and self-healing workflows, modernizes legacy scripts and mainframe SDLC processes, builds CI/CD pipelines, optimizes batch and OLTP workloads, and implements AI-driven monitoring. Manages high-severity incidents, postmortems, capacity planning, platform hardening, and operational readiness while mentoring teams on SRE and DevOps practices.

Provide transactional legal support for global sales and outsourcing deals: draft, review, negotiate complex commercial agreements, assess and mitigate legal and business risk, coordinate internal stakeholders, project-manage deals to close, advise on contract disputes, train teams, and improve contracting processes to enable revenue generation.

Supports mainframe ISV software installation, upgrades, configuration, testing, customization, maintenance, monitoring, and incident resolution. Provides on-call support, researches new software, handles changes and problems, collaborates with vendors and technical teams, and assists with z/OS systems programming. Responsibilities also include DB2 and IMS database maintenance, backups, space management, performance troubleshooting, data refreshes, job monitoring, and resolving high-priority database issues.

Serves as the strategic architect and technical lead for enterprise observability, APM, telemetry, and SRE ecosystems. Designs unified monitoring across hybrid cloud, Kubernetes, and legacy environments; establishes SLOs, SLIs, error budgets, and incident-response practices; leads automation using Ansible, Terraform, Python, and GitOps; and develops secure, scalable telemetry pipelines. The role also leads FOAK implementations, monitoring migrations, vendor transitions, knowledge-transfer programs, major incident escalations, operational handoffs, and engineering-team mentoring.

Supports Db2 LUW databases for multiple clients, including environment design, installations, upgrades, patching, migrations, troubleshooting, security, backup and recovery, performance tuning, and high-availability management. The role collaborates with clients and global DBA teams, supports projects and 24x7 incidents, develops automation and documentation, resolves complex issues, and mentors junior administrators. Rotating shifts and on-call participation are required.

Designs and operates enterprise observability, monitoring, telemetry, and automation solutions across infrastructure, applications, IoT platforms, and cloud environments. Responsibilities include managing Grafana and Instana ecosystems, dashboards, alerts, telemetry pipelines, incidents, RCA, databases, and platform health. Automates provisioning, monitoring deployment, remediation, and operational workflows using Python, PowerShell, Bash, Ansible, and Puppet. Supports 24x7 operations, major incidents, ITIL processes, service onboarding, documentation, and cross-functional reliability initiatives.

Develop, maintain, support, troubleshoot, and optimize enterprise mainframe applications using COBOL, CICS, JCL, DB2, and VSAM. Handle incidents, service requests, and change requests across waterfall and agile projects. Provide technical documentation, evaluate implementation options, resolve complex application and integration issues, and guide junior team members.

Designs and oversees enterprise hosting, networking, cloud, and hybrid solutions for existing clients. Advises on incidents, remediation, root-cause analysis, capacity, performance, risk, change management, pricing, and service optimization. Leads technical projects through completion, presents business cases, documents solution architectures, and supports complex sales opportunities. Collaborates across operations and client organizations while driving stability, innovation, and transformational initiatives. Frequent travel to company locations and client sites is expected, with approximately 25% of weeks involving travel.
