The Service Delivery Manager manages client engagement in the financial services sector, focusing on relationship management, client training, and operational performance. Responsibilities include overseeing support activities, collaborating with clients, coordinating projects, and enhancing service delivery to improve client satisfaction and reduce operational costs.

Lead and manage a team of analysts and subject matter experts to onboard new clients; oversee performance management, training, escalations, and cross-functional handovers. Apply accounting and securities domain expertise to ensure accurate data migration, reporting, and reconciliations. Drive process improvements, coordinate global delivery across time zones, and manage projects using PM tools and SQL-backed reporting.

Lead data migration and onboarding of client investment data using Excel and SQL. Validate, normalize, reconcile, and load data into the investment account system. Collaborate with development teams to automate and improve processes, apply accounting and securities knowledge, identify continuous improvement opportunities, and coordinate complex activities in an agile environment.

The SME will deliver advisory services on Clearwater's SaaS platform, focusing on investment accounting, client reporting, and enhancing change management. Responsibilities include identifying service opportunities, strategizing for client needs, and optimizing delivery processes.

Manage LP relationships and lead onboarding, training, and support for LP clients. Own project workstreams, troubleshoot onboarding/service issues, communicate risks/status, recommend process improvements, and deliver consultancy aligned to client and firm goals.

Lead and manage an implementations team to onboard Clearwater clients, drive process improvements, coordinate global handovers, mentor staff, manage performance, and apply accounting and securities domain expertise to ensure accurate data migration, reporting, and reconciliation during client onboarding.

Lead end-to-end client implementations: define scope, create detailed plans, manage internal/client/third-party resources, run status and steering meetings with C-level stakeholders, manage budgets, ensure smooth transition to operations, recommend process improvements, and manage multiple simultaneous implementations.

Design and present customized technical solutions by translating client business requirements into system and process architectures. Lead cross-functional teams, direct design activities, document solutions, and act as client advocate. Frequently client-facing and sometimes on customer sites.

Design, build, and maintain scalable, high-performance distributed systems for FinTech (Front Office, OEMS, PMS, Asset Management). Implement real-time and asynchronous, event-driven architectures on cloud platforms. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, present technical updates to stakeholders, and ensure operational and engineering best practices.
