Manage middle- and back-office fund services for global clients, including trade, position, cash, P&L, and trial balance reconciliations; break resolution; trade affirmation; clearing and settlement; corporate actions; collateral; shadow accounting; and accrual schedules. Lead a small team, oversee client onboarding and service delivery, track KPIs and SLAs, resolve high-exposure items, manage capacity, and improve or automate processes. The role supports hedge fund, fund administrator, and prime broker operations across APAC and EMEA shifts.

Lead product strategy and lifecycle for Clearwater's alternatives investment product(s), managing a team of developers, defining requirements and roadmaps, collaborating with stakeholders and clients, overseeing feature development, testing and launch, and using data to measure success while providing subject-matter expertise in alternative investments.

Lead and manage a team of implementation analysts to onboard new clients, ensure quality delivery, drive process improvements, and coordinate handovers between Sales, Global Delivery, and Operations. Apply accounting and securities domain expertise for complex instruments, oversee data migration, reporting and reconciliations, and use project management tools to track schedules and performance.

Serve as a domain SME for client implementations of Clearwater's SaaS platform, onboarding clients, applying investment accounting and regulatory knowledge (e.g., Solvency II), collaborating with development and delivery teams to improve product and processes, building user stories, creating training and SOPs, handling investment/financial statement reporting, and acting as a trusted client advisor.

Lead onboarding and implementation workstreams for clients on Clearwater's SaaS platform. Assess requirements, customize solutions for accounting, risk, and reporting needs, provide client training, resolve implementation issues, manage stakeholder relationships, document processes, and drive continuous improvements.

Support budgeting, forecasting, reporting, and long-range planning in a SaaS environment. Build and maintain financial models, perform variance analysis, prepare management reports and dashboards, and partner cross-functionally to support month-end/quarter-end close and inform business decisions.
