Manage a portfolio of medium and large SaaS customer accounts throughout implementation, adoption, renewal, and expansion. Build trusted relationships with customers and system integration partners, lead governance meetings, monitor customer health and risks, coordinate issue resolution, and drive product adoption and revenue retention. Develop success plans, facilitate executive communications, gather feedback, support referenceability, and mentor junior customer success managers while collaborating across internal teams.

Provides technical leadership for large-scale cloud-native software projects, including architecture, microservices, Azure infrastructure, Kubernetes, Terraform, CI/CD, and production operations. Leads design reviews, code reviews, technical roadmaps, and engineering best practices. Designs, codes, configures, debugs, and tests moderate-complexity software solutions. Implements Azure infrastructure, Terraform, CI/CD pipelines, automated testing, and cloud deployments. Creates small-scale architectures, performs source-code management, mentors junior engineers, and participates in code reviews. Requires strong Java or .NET, database, web development, DevOps, Duck Creek platform, insurance-domain, Agile, and AI-assisted development expertise.

Develops and configures software solutions for Agile stories, debugs defects, writes automated unit, integration, and end-to-end tests, and contributes to Azure infrastructure, Terraform, CI/CD pipelines, architecture, code reviews, and Git workflows.
