Manage company secretarial matters for a client portfolio, oversee junior staff, ensure statutory compliance under Companies Act 2013 and related regulations, prepare resolutions and minutes, maintain statutory registers, liaise with clients and third parties, and advise on regulatory and FEMA/exchange control matters.

Provide account administration and client support for reinsurance trust accounts. Process account setup/termination, record incoming assets, manage disbursements, reconcile accounts, monitor ticklers, handle billing and fee collection, communicate with clients, and support Transaction Managers while adhering to risk and regulatory controls.

Lead and manage the ServiceNow CMDB and ITOM programs to ensure a single source of truth for assets and services. Oversee CMDB design, data quality, CSDM alignment, Discovery and Service Mapping, ITOM roadmap, reporting, governance, and stakeholder engagement. Manage cross-functional teams, enforce code standards, and drive continuous improvement to meet business and operational needs.
