Troubleshoot incidents, maintain SLAs and documentation, deliver training, manage RBAC and metadata schemas, support upgrades/releases, assist audits, and collaborate with technical teams and vendors to improve platform reliability and user adoption.

Manage a portfolio of securitisation and structured finance transactions and SPV company secretarial matters. Coordinate clients and stakeholders, review documentation, ensure compliance, prepare board meetings and billing, coach junior staff, and support business development and reporting.

Design, implement, and maintain complex network infrastructure (Cisco, F5, Palo Alto, Infoblox, Zscaler, Azure, ISE, SDWAN).
