Build Conductor, a Mac-based product for orchestrating coding agents, alongside the co-founders. The role involves generating ideas, talking with users, designing, prototyping, and building polished software. Candidates should be scrappy, technically strong, comfortable moving quickly, and ideally have startup experience. Experience with TypeScript, Tauri, React, AI, or ML is not required; strong software engineering ability and enthusiasm for AI tools are more important.
