Investigate and resolve escalated payments fraud involving chargebacks, ACH returns, wire disputes, and account takeovers. Manage Coinbase Singapore’s MAS capital markets licensing and regulatory compliance program. Responsibilities include coordinating CMS license submissions, maintaining Singapore-specific policies and controls, strengthening AML/CFT and sanctions frameworks, preparing governance and regulatory materials, tracking remediation actions, supporting inspections, and delivering compliance training.
