Establish data governance, security, privacy, and quality standards while partnering with Finance, Sales, Marketing, HR, Legal, Engineering, and other stakeholders.

Manage international tax compliance, US outbound tax obligations, transfer pricing, global tax provisions, cross-border advisory, and international tax audits. The role oversees tax filings across Norway, India, Japan, the UK, and UAE; manages GILTI, Subpart F, Foreign Tax Credits, Pillar Two, ASC 740, withholding taxes, and permanent establishment risks; and translates complex tax laws into actionable guidance for business leaders.

Lead end-to-end Industrial AI implementation projects from kickoff through deployment, adoption, and value realization. Own scope, schedules, budgets, quality, customer outcomes, commercial performance, financials, risks, and governance. Collaborate with technical and customer teams, facilitate value realization workshops, support change management and training, manage executive stakeholders, and improve delivery practices using PMO methodologies and lessons learned.

Design and implement scalable data engineering solutions using Cognite Data Fusion. Build integrations, data pipelines, custom data models, and data cleansing workflows with Python, Java, SQL, and REST APIs. Collaborate with data scientists, architects, project managers, engineering, and product teams on customer deliveries. Conduct code reviews, support customer data engineering tasks, contribute to Cognite tools and SDKs, and apply DevOps practices using Kubernetes, cloud services, Git, and CI/CD.

Own and architect customer-ready multi-agent AI solutions for integrated supply chain use cases. Build agents that query Cognite’s Knowledge Graph, reason across industrial data, surface exceptions, identify root causes, and provide recommendations. Develop prompt chains, evaluation frameworks, and reliable orchestration tools while supporting prototypes, customer pilots, integrations, and deployments. Collaborate with product, sales, value delivery, field engineering, and partners to improve packaged agent offerings and ensure production quality.
