Lead Coder's social presence by creating, publishing, and optimizing short- and long-form video and written content for technical and business audiences across Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn, and X. Monitor and engage daily, run campaigns with cross-functional teams, repurpose assets into social-native formats, manage the content calendar, and report performance to inform future content.

Manage onboarding, adoption, health monitoring, renewals, and expansions for enterprise customers using Coder. Coordinate cross-functionally with Sales, Support, and Product, remove adoption blockers, provide product guidance, and report usage and customer health.

Manage full enterprise sales cycle for Coder's Environment-as-a-Service platform: build pipeline, prospect, lead demos, collaborate with sales engineers, close deals with large engineering organizations, and travel as needed (up to 15%).

The Forward Deployed Engineering Manager will lead the development of customer-facing technical teams, focusing on onboarding, customer engagement, and defining operational models for success within AI-augmented environments.
