Build, deploy, and operate highly scalable Network Services systems on Cloudflare’s global edge network. Develop distributed networking systems involving BGP, Linux kernel dataplanes, control planes, APIs, traffic analytics, and data pipelines. Improve system performance, reliability, and scalability while solving complex customer problems. Own solutions end to end across design, development, deployment, and operations, and collaborate across engineering and product teams.

Leads Cloudflare One as a global business unit and general manager, owning go-to-market strategy, execution, P&L, partner growth, forecasting, and operational performance. Builds a high-performing international leadership team across sales, solution engineering, customer success, operations, and GTM strategy. Drives SASE, Zero Trust, and AI security adoption, translates customer feedback into product priorities, and represents Cloudflare with customers, partners, analysts, and industry audiences.

Build and deploy production-grade software and configurations within a strategic customer’s infrastructure using Cloudflare’s platform. Serve as the customer’s primary technical partner, participate in engineering rituals and incident response, drive platform adoption, design scalable architectures, and provide product feedback to Cloudflare engineering. Maintain relationships with senior technical leaders and a regular on-site customer presence.

Lead technical discovery, architecture design, product demonstrations, and proofs of concept for enterprise customers. Own technical onboarding, implementation oversight, adoption, customer health, risk, renewals, and expansion. Partner with Account Executives in a quota-carrying role, identify cross-sell and upsell opportunities, conduct executive QBRs, and translate Cloudflare capabilities into business value. Use AI agents and internal platforms to automate RFP responses, provisioning, and telemetry monitoring.

Provide premium technical support to sophisticated customers experiencing network and application attacks. Analyze traffic signatures, packet captures, protocols, and malicious activity across OSI Layers 3, 4, and 7. Advise on and apply DDoS, firewall, WAF, rate-limiting, blocklisting, and allowlisting mitigations using Cloudflare products. Troubleshoot networking, DNS, SSL/TLS, HTTP, BGP, and GRE issues while collaborating with Engineering, Operations, and Product teams to improve security tools.

Own the technical customer relationship from discovery through adoption, renewal, and expansion. Partner with Account Executives on technical discovery, architecture design, product demonstrations, and proofs of concept. Lead onboarding, implementation oversight, customer health monitoring, QBRs, and executive advisory. Carry a revenue quota, identify cross-sell and upsell opportunities, and use AI-powered workflows to automate administrative tasks.

Prepare US and international indirect tax filings, reconciliations, journal entries, payments, exemption certificates, audit support, tax reserves, and budgets. Research tax law updates, maintain the tax calendar, reconcile system data, and improve tax processes through standardization, automation, and AI. Collaborate with tax, finance, business partners, and external service providers.

Monitor and investigate security alerts, identify attacks, analyze traffic signatures, and recommend or implement mitigation strategies across OSI Layers 3, 4, and 7. The role supports sophisticated customers through chat, email, and phone; manages monitoring rules and incident tickets; produces attack reports; and collaborates with Engineering, Operations, and Product teams to improve security tools. Weekend, holiday, and rotating 24/7 coverage is required.

Lead technical pre-sales and account support for Cloudflare’s federal public-sector customers, especially the Department of Defense and DISA. Responsibilities include discovering technical requirements, qualifying use cases, designing solutions, leading demonstrations, supporting proofs of concept, advising on implementations, training customers, creating documentation, and providing strategic guidance. The role requires expertise in internet security and networking, SASE technologies, on-premise infrastructure, public cloud, customer relationship management, and project delivery. Travel is expected at 35–45%.
