Respond to customer security incidents across on-premises, cloud, and hybrid environments. Perform active edge mitigation, full incident response lifecycle (investigation, containment, remediation, recovery), forensic evidence preservation, threat isolation, and customer-facing remediation. Use network forensics, cloud IR methods, AI-assisted analysis, and produce technical reports for executives and engineers.
