Own the complete outbound sales cycle, including account selection, prospecting, discovery, solution design, proposals, negotiation, and closing. Own the global Source-to-Pay process, supplier data, approval workflows, financial controls, release management, and AI procurement-agent governance. Partner with Procurement, Legal, Finance, and Accounting to translate business requirements into scalable, automated workflows while maintaining audit readiness, data integrity, compliance, and accurate purchasing and payables operations.

Drive selection, validation, qualification, and operational acceptance of network hardware for Cloudflare’s global network. Lead NPI activities, develop automated hardware performance tests, evaluate network operating system releases, troubleshoot and reproduce hardware issues, collaborate with engineering and operations teams, and work with OEMs, ODMs, and technology vendors. Document findings and improve testing efficiency across network hardware systems.

Lead Cloudflare through the CCCS CSP ITS assessment, maintain CCCS requirements in the common control framework, drive cross-functional security control implementation, improve security compliance maturity, shape security policy and governance, and work with auditors and regulators. Occasional travel required.

Manage and coach a presales Customer Engineering team in the ANZ region. Responsibilities include workload management, technical coaching, escalations, recruiting and onboarding, customer relationship management, cross-functional coordination, and supporting proof-of-concept win rates and sales quota achievement. The role partners closely with Sales, Product, Engineering, Customer Support, and Customer Success while maintaining team culture, performance, and development.

Design, implement, and operate Cloudflare’s S3-compatible R2 API gateway at global scale. Responsibilities include authentication, authorization, routing, rate limiting, error handling, distributed systems development, reliability and observability improvements, deployment, monitoring, incident response, and cross-team coordination. The role also involves on-call participation, postmortems, compatibility with the S3 API, and extensive use of AI tools for development and operations.

Lead and grow the Workers KV engineering team, shaping product features, improving performance, and delivering scalable distributed storage systems. Responsibilities include hiring, onboarding, professional development, planning, execution oversight, process improvement, instrumentation, and resolving delivery blockers. The role partners technical strategy with business goals while building reliable, high-performance developer APIs and infrastructure for Cloudflare’s global edge network.

Own the technical customer relationship from discovery through adoption, renewal, and expansion. Lead technical discovery, solution architecture, demonstrations, proofs of concept, onboarding, QBRs, and executive advisory across Cloudflare’s security, networking, and developer platforms. Carry a revenue-aligned quota, support cross-sell and upsell opportunities, and translate platform capabilities into business outcomes. Use AI agents and automation to streamline RFP responses, sandbox provisioning, and telemetry monitoring.
