Build scalable backend services and efficient React/TypeScript user interfaces for risk metrics. Architect storage and services, gather requirements, produce technical designs, and collaborate with product, operations, and compliance to measure portfolio risk in real time.

Build scalable data solutions and reconciliations to automate Compliance & Finance regulatory processes. Partner with stakeholders to translate requirements into designs, lead technical development, review code, and evolve standards for data pipelines and reporting.

Build and maintain Clear Street's iOS mobile platform: design and implement high-performance, user-centric iOS apps, integrate with backend systems, monitor and support production, collaborate with Sweden and New York teams, and contribute end-to-end including backend exposure. As a Backend Software Engineer, you will design and implement scalable services, focusing on API design and system architecture while mentoring team members.

Build and lead a firmwide Product Control function: establish IPV and valuation methodologies across asset classes, own daily P&L production and sign-off, support month-end close and fair value reporting, partner with Risk/Trading/Tech/Legal for controls and OTC swap dealer readiness, and hire and scale the team over time.

Build the core AI platform and high-performance Rust backend powering an AI-native trading copilot. Implement streaming responses, low-latency tool execution, caching, orchestration of models and tools, secure APIs, auditing/tracing, and safe, auditable trading action infrastructure. Build a high-performance, low-latency Rust backend and core AI platform for an AI-native trading experience. Implement streaming responses, tool orchestration, caching, secure APIs (auth, rate limits, auditing, tracing), and safe trading action infrastructure (previews, confirmations, idempotency, audit logs). Partner with product and frontend to enable AI-native UX and translate business domain requirements into secure, resilient platform primitives.

Design and build a high-performance, AI-native web trading experience for sophisticated retail traders. Ship core trading workflows (order entry, positions, blotter, watchlists, alerts), implement trustworthy AI UI patterns, collaborate with backend engineers on low-latency contracts, and iterate quickly with users and stakeholders to deliver end-to-end product features.
