The Senior Software Engineer will develop server-side web applications, collaborate with teams, drive an AI-forward culture, mentor others, and ensure product quality while working with Ruby on Rails and Angular.

Lead design and delivery of sales onboarding, role-based training, and ongoing enablement. Establish GTM process governance, translate product and pricing changes into field-ready playbooks, drive adoption of AI and enablement tools (Gong, Outreach, Testbox, Synthesia), perform performance gap analysis and coaching, and partner cross-functionally to improve ramp, conversion, ARPU, and other sales KPIs.

Manage a portfolio of existing SaaS customers to drive expansion, cross-sell, and retention. Run product demos, resolve technical issues with Support, maintain Salesforce forecasting, and hit monthly/quarterly revenue and retention targets while building consultative relationships.

Own escalated technical support cases involving telephony, web scripts, APIs, webhooks, and third-party integrations. Perform root-cause analysis using DevTools, server logs, Postman, and DB queries; document findings, provide high-quality handoffs, run customer consultations and screen-shares, and share knowledge to reduce repeat escalations.

Provide first‑line technical support via phone, chat, email and web; perform initial troubleshooting and diagnostics across CallRail products; maintain high customer satisfaction; use support tools and documentation; contribute to process improvements and training; leverage AI platforms to streamline support.
