The Sales Development Representative will focus on outbound lead generation, qualify prospects, manage the pipeline, and collaborate with Marketing and Sales for HME providers in Sleep Resupply programs.

Implement, optimize, and scale AI-driven capabilities across Customer Support. Identify automation opportunities, configure solutions, monitor performance, troubleshoot integrations, and create repeatable frameworks to improve self-service, agent workflows, and operational KPIs.
