Responsibilities include developing partnership strategies, managing contracts and business plans, coordinating integrations and joint go-to-market activities, identifying new partners, monitoring market trends, enabling partners through training and support, tracking performance metrics, and serving as the primary liaison between the company and OEMs.

Own a commercial territory and manage the full B2B sales cycle, including prospecting, discovery, qualification, stakeholder management, and deal closing. Sell ZeroFox cybersecurity and digital risk products to mid-market accounts in deals ranging from $30K to $150K+ ARR. Collaborate with SDRs, channel partners, and solutions engineers, maintain accurate Salesforce records, prioritize accounts using data, and complete onboarding and territory planning.

Collects and analyzes cyber threat intelligence from OSINT, commercial feeds, dark web sources, and proprietary platforms. Tracks threat actors, APTs, malware, vulnerabilities, and geopolitical developments; produces actionable intelligence reports identifying trends and TTPs. The role also supports client requests, develops collection plans, improves tools and processes, implements automation, and mentors junior analysts while safeguarding sensitive information.

Collect and analyze intelligence from OSINT, commercial feeds, dark web sources, and proprietary platforms. Identify emerging cyber threats, APTs, malware, vulnerabilities, and threat actor TTPs; produce actionable intelligence reports and strategic collection plans. Improve collection processes through new tools, automation, and orchestration while mentoring junior analysts and collaborating with leadership and operational teams. Maintain strict operational security, confidentiality, legal compliance, accuracy, and timeliness.

Produces concise, audience-focused intelligence briefs and reports covering ransomware, election threats, geopolitical risks, physical security, and cyber threats. Collaborates with technical and operational teams, researches clearnet, deep web, and dark web sources, edits deliverables for clarity and rigor, fulfills client-specific content requests, and protects operational security. The role requires strong writing, research, proofreading, technical translation, and deadline management skills.

Supports sales through Salesforce CPQ quoting and the end-to-end quote-to-cash process. Builds Salesforce reports and dashboards for forecasting, pipeline, and performance tracking; analyzes trends and opportunities; develops advanced Excel models; maintains Salesforce data integrity; supports sales users; and identifies process improvements while partnering with Sales, Finance, and Sales Operations.

Own post-sales success for OEM and MSSP partners by driving adoption, retention, expansion, technical integration, enablement, and operational scalability. Advise partners on APIs, data feeds, platform configuration, workflows, SLAs, reporting, and value realization. Coordinate with Product, Engineering, Support, Sales Engineering, and Account Management, while identifying risks, resolving technical challenges, supporting renewals, and developing scalable playbooks and enablement materials.
