Design, build, test, and operate backend services, APIs, and integrations for MarTech personalization and campaign activation. Integrate cloud, streaming, and data platforms, ensure CI/CD and observability, mentor engineers, standardize patterns, and collaborate with product, data, and architecture teams.

Builds and operates scalable batch and real-time data pipelines (Databricks/Spark, Kafka), maintains Customer 360 data model and feature pipelines, ensures data quality/governance, delivers governed customer attributes to activation platforms, and supports privacy/compliance.

Lead and mentor multiple Scrum teams to design, build, and operate large-scale, cloud-native retail and payments systems. Hands-on coding, architecting microservices and event-driven solutions, enforcing engineering standards, driving Agile/SAFe practices, and guiding production incident response and technical roadmaps.

Lead cross-functional execution of AI initiatives: plan, track, and deliver projects; manage risks and stakeholders; roll out AI tools and enablement; maintain dashboards; facilitate agile ceremonies.
