Provides in-house legal support to construction, architecture, and design-build teams throughout project lifecycles. Reviews, drafts, and negotiates contracts with clients, subcontractors, suppliers, vendors, and lenders; advises on legal and business risks; supports HR and corporate leadership; manages insurance claims and coverage matters; and uses AI and technology to improve legal workflows.

Support project teams by implementing VDC/BIM standards and workflows, creating and managing 3D coordination models, running Navisworks clash detection, performing basic Revit modeling and constructability reviews, producing slab penetration drawings, and training colleagues on VDC tools and processes.

Lead sustainability efforts for building design and construction projects: set project sustainability goals, manage third-party certifications (LEED/WELL), perform energy and life-cycle analysis, track GHG reporting, supervise coordinators/interns, provide training, and ensure project deliverables, budgets, and schedules meet sustainability objectives.

Support and develop the company ERP: build and optimize Oracle PL/SQL database objects, create reports and BI dashboards, manage integrations, security, backups, and releases; provide user support, training, documentation, vendor coordination, and run monthly ERP processes.

Lead and support construction project coordination including procurement, submittals, RFIs, schedule updates, quality and safety oversight, punch lists, and project closeout. Mentor junior engineers, perform daily field walks, address constructability issues, and assist with LEED/green building documentation and Lean execution.

Produce accurate Revit construction models from shop drawings, scans, redlines and design models. Translate CAD to Revit, model construction components, produce model-driven field deliverables, support coordination in Autodesk Construction Cloud, flag constructability issues, follow standards, manage workload, and assist automation and quantity-extraction efforts to support construction teams.
