The Senior Development Accountant manages accounting and financial reporting for real estate development projects, investment entities, and joint ventures. Responsibilities include construction invoice review, construction draws, project funding, journal entries, reconciliations, month-end close, capitalization analysis, capitalized interest, budgeting, variance analysis, financial statements, audits, lender reviews, and tax compliance support. The role partners with investment, development, construction, asset management, treasury, and corporate accounting teams.

Designs branded and custom marketing materials for commercial real estate properties, including brochures, digital campaigns, proposals, presentations, signage, infographics, and reports. Collaborates with marketing teams, clients, agencies, and print vendors; oversees production; translates real estate concepts and creative strategy into visual designs; and manages multiple deadline-driven projects while maintaining quality and brand consistency.

Supports daily HR operations, employee lifecycle transactions, employee data maintenance, onboarding and offboarding, HR reporting, audits, documentation, and process improvements. The role requires hands-on Workday experience, UKG data maintenance, accurate HRIS administration, confidential information handling, and collaboration with HR, payroll, benefits, and talent acquisition teams. Preferred experience includes Workday modules, advanced business process actions, custom reporting, and EIB bulk data loads.

Design and produce Stream-branded print and digital marketing collateral (brochures, email blasts, proposals, reports, signage, web assets). Create data visualizations and infographics, manage multiple projects, work with vendors and agencies, champion marketing tools, and collaborate with sales and marketing teams to deliver high-quality, on-brand materials for property listings.

Define and implement enterprise cybersecurity architecture, strategy, and standards. Design secure-by-design solutions across cloud, SaaS, network, endpoints, applications, and data. Lead zero-trust and identity-first initiatives, configure and validate security controls, manage SIEM and incident response, run tabletop exercises, oversee vulnerability and penetration testing, and advise executives while collaborating with IT, business, risk, and vendors.

Owns the Workday Financials technology portfolio, including roadmap development, functional architecture, configuration oversight, governance, integrations, delivery, upgrades, support, and vendor management. Translates Finance and business requirements into governed solutions, manages cross-functional delivery teams and resources, oversees releases and go-lives, and serves as the escalation point for critical platform issues. Provides leadership and mentorship to Workday configurators, analysts, and integration specialists while aligning Workday capabilities with enterprise and people-strategy objectives.

Lead and manage accounts receivable operations for multiple commercial properties: tenant billing, cash application, reconciliations, collections support, reporting, escalations, and month-end close. Coach and develop AR supervisors and staff, standardize processes, resolve complex account issues, partner with Property Accounting and Management, and drive process improvements, documentation, and system cleanup.

Analyze commercial real estate and economic data to produce market reports, submarket analyses, presentations, and visualizations. Maintain and validate transaction and property databases, leverage AI and analytics tools to generate insights, support brokerage and business development, and train colleagues on research resources.

Lead Workday technical strategy for integrations, Prism analytics, and reporting. Design and govern integrations (EIB, Core Connectors, Studio), Prism data pipelines, reporting frameworks, and platform governance. Coordinate delivery teams, third-party vendors, and stakeholders to ensure scalable, secure, and performant Workday technical solutions.
