Provides confidential administrative support to two Managing Directors, including complex calendar management, travel coordination, meeting preparation, communications, expense reports, invoice processing, document execution, and office event coordination. The role requires discretion, strong organization, excellent communication, Microsoft Office proficiency, AI and technology fluency, and the ability to manage competing priorities with minimal supervision.

Coordinates CMBS REO reporting operations, including tracking bank accounts, insurance, financial packages, receivership status, sweeps, refunds, reimbursements, invoices, and funding requests. The Sr Associate - Compliance will develop compliance policies, assess regulatory risks, review marketing and investor communications, and manage compliance programs.

Lead REO asset management and disposition for a commercial real estate portfolio. Oversee asset managers and analysts, develop disposition and underwriting strategies, monitor budgets, manage CMBS/REMIC nuances, coordinate loan workout transitions, conduct site visits, and drive valuation, due diligence, and sales/leasing activity.

Underwrite performing commercial real estate loan requests; perform property-level credit, cash-flow and debt coverage analyses; review operating statements, leases and third-party reports; draft and present credit recommendation memoranda; negotiate transactions and coordinate with borrowers, legal counsel, property managers and vendors to ensure compliance through closing.

Support asset managers and CMBS surveillance by preparing cash flow models, valuations, proformas, and business plans; analyze property operations and market comparables; coordinate reports, appraisals, foreclosure activities, and site inspections; liaise with brokers, counsel, and vendors.

Oversee REO asset management, manage relationships with partners, monitor portfolio budgets, and lead a team of Asset Managers with 8-10 years of experience required.
