Prepare and review monthly and quarterly financial statements, reconciliations, accruals, and debt compliance for multiple property portfolios. Support budgeting, CAM billing, cash projections, audits, and payments. Provide accounting support to internal and external stakeholders, train/lead other accountants, complete special projects, and develop process improvements while ensuring regulatory and confidentiality compliance.
