Leads Hillwood’s enterprise Treasury function, overseeing cash management, liquidity planning, forecasting, banking relationships, investments, payments, controls, risk, compliance, and reporting. The role is responsible for modernizing Treasury through systems implementation, automation, APIs, AI, and data-driven tools. It partners with executives, Accounting, FP&A, divisions, and financial institutions while managing complex domestic and international banking portfolios and leading Treasury strategy, operations, governance, and transformation.

Supports corporate entity formation, governance, maintenance, dissolution, and multi-jurisdictional compliance. Coordinates corporate and real estate transaction closings, financing documentation, due diligence, and authorizing resolutions. Administers trademark filings and renewals, maintains corporate records, and serves as a cross-functional contact for entity and governance matters. Build and support production-grade enterprise GenAI applications, agents, automations, APIs, RAG pipelines, document intelligence workflows, and integrations. Translate approved business use cases into secure, reliable technical solutions using Python, Azure, LLM platforms, and enterprise systems. Develop reusable AI patterns, validation and observability practices, CI/CD integrations, and governance documentation while collaborating with business stakeholders, architecture, security, data, and governance teams.

The Senior FP&A Analyst will support financial planning, forecasting, budgeting, and reporting for real estate investments, collaborating with various teams to enhance decision-making.

Manage all phases of preconstruction for commercial and industrial projects, overseeing estimating, subcontractor coordination, and stakeholder collaboration to ensure project quality and client satisfaction.
