Leads roadway and transportation projects from scoping through delivery, overseeing geometric design, corridor modeling, plan production, budgets, schedules, PS&E quality, and multidisciplinary coordination. Requires extensive roadway engineering experience, PE licensure, advanced design software proficiency, and knowledge of AASHTO, UDOT, and local agency criteria.
