Perform hydrologic and hydraulic modeling and design for public infrastructure and flood control projects using HEC-RAS, HEC-HMS, FLO-2D. Prepare FEMA permitting, drainage design drawings in AutoCAD, manage data and exhibits in ArcGIS/QGIS, mentor EITs, conduct site visits, and support project management to deliver on-time, on-budget, quality projects.
