Manage department-wide operations, including labor, productivity, safety, quality control, budgets, inventory, equipment, vendors, and customer satisfaction. Oversee operational workflows, profitability, invoices, maintenance, rentals, and inventory effectiveness. Resolve employee and customer issues, implement process improvements, and collaborate with operations, human resources, safety, inventory, and client-relations teams.
