Develop new business opportunities through telephone and door-to-door prospecting across an assigned territory. Identify customer needs, recommend telecommunications and technology solutions, conduct sales calls, close new business, maintain customer relationships, manage forecasts and activities in Salesforce, and submit accurate orders. The role requires daily field prospecting, quota attainment, territory management, and effective communication of TDS’s value proposition.

Manage and grow an existing commercial customer base while acquiring new B2B accounts within an assigned territory. Responsibilities include prospecting, cold calling, sales negotiations, proposals, contract renewals, customer retention, MACD orders, CRM forecasting, and meeting revenue quotas. The role requires understanding telecommunications products, data networks, and IP solutions, along with resolving customer issues and maintaining executive-level relationships.

Coordinates telecommunications network installation and upgrade projects across a geographic area. Manages schedules, scope, budgets, timelines, construction quality, inspections, acceptance testing, documentation, reporting, invoices, contracts, and project closure. Coordinates internal and third-party resources, tracks capital expenditures, supports compliance requirements, and maintains project plans throughout the project lifecycle. The role also performs limited office administration and assists with planning network changes and regulatory reporting.
