Owns organic social strategy and end-to-end content execution for the founder’s personal and podcast channels across TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube Shorts. Responsibilities include developing content systems and calendars, creating graphics and video assets, capturing and editing content, supporting shoots, managing community engagement, tracking KPIs, analyzing performance, adapting trends, and aligning founder-led storytelling with broader brand and growth goals.

Manage administrative, financial recordkeeping, bookkeeping, expense tracking, vendor coordination, property maintenance scheduling, household staff oversight, supplies, records, and contractor projects. Maintain QuickBooks Online records, reconcile expenses, track invoices and payments, coordinate service providers, document repairs, and provide concise weekly operating reports to the owners. The role emphasizes organization, follow-through, proactive communication, and closing operational tasks without personally performing maintenance or housekeeping.
