Lead development and scale-up of optical coating products and processes using Stage‑Gate methods; run medium technical projects, transfer technology to production, support global manufacturing sites, provide customer-facing technical support, create SOPs and documentation, mentor engineers, and contribute to IP and digitalization initiatives.

Drive large-scale initiatives, develop KPIs and dashboards, manage program delivery, create C-suite and board communications, and support M&A and partnership evaluation while coordinating cross-functional stakeholders to ensure disciplined execution and measurable outcomes.

Manage accounting for the Newton plant including month-end close, journal entries, reconciliations, forecasts and budgets, inventory cycle counts, cost analysis, support audits and SOX compliance, and partner on SAP and Power BI projects to drive cost reductions and process improvements.

Support plant automation and controls to ensure reliable production: troubleshoot PLC/SCADA/HMI systems, develop and review control designs, coordinate with Operations, Maintenance, Engineering, and IT, maintain documentation/backups, lead upgrades and standardization, and drive preventive/predictive maintenance and data integration to MES/SCADA/historians.

Lead and deliver high-value, technically complex customer projects from proposal through execution. Manage RFQs, quotations, contracts, milestones, forecasts, and cross-functional teams. Develop key account roadmaps, support market strategy, present technical capabilities to customers, and drive customer satisfaction and revenue growth.
