Oversee customer-related quality assurance for refractory and alloy metals used in semiconductor and aerospace applications. Lead acquisition and execution of complex, high-value customer projects from quotation through delivery. Manage proposals, schedules, budgets, milestones and customer relationships. Serve as Facility Security Officer to maintain site safety, access control, and respond to security issues while ensuring export compliance and readiness for DCSA audits.

Drive profitable sales growth for Performance Alloys & Composites across assigned markets (notably Semiconductor), manage key customer relationships, develop capture plans and value propositions, coordinate internal stakeholders, maintain CRM forecasts/reports, support contracting and collections, and continuously learn product lines to win high-margin business.

Serve as HR business partner for a ~80-employee manufacturing site. Lead staffing, performance management, talent development, employee relations, apprenticeship and career ladder programs, succession planning, and HR continuous improvement while advising leadership and ensuring compliance.

Develop, implement, and optimize metallurgical manufacturing processes (melting, casting, forming). Analyze production data, lead root-cause investigations, support product introductions, maintain documentation, drive Lean/Six Sigma continuous improvements, train operators, and ensure safety and regulatory compliance while improving KPIs for quality, yield, throughput, and cost.

Maintain and support server infrastructure and cloud environments (Office 365/Azure). Administer Windows servers, Active Directory, DNS/DHCP, IIS, VMware, MECM/Intune, and application licensing. Provide 24x7 on-call troubleshooting, hardware/software installs, PC imaging, documentation, and process improvements to ensure performance and security.
